Sterilizer & autoclave repair
A sterilizer out of service stops instrument turnover, and a unit failing spore tests is a compliance problem as much as a mechanical one. Door gaskets and fill solenoids account for most cycle faults, and both are same-visit repairs when the part is on the van.
What you’re seeing
- Cycle aborts part-way through
- Steam escaping around the door
- Failed spore test or biological indicator
- Won't reach temperature or pressure
- Chamber not draining, or water in the tray
- Error codes on the display
