Repair and troubleshooting, not sales
An independent service technician working with dental practices across New Jersey — the person who diagnoses your equipment is the person who fixes it.
Built on trust.
Defined by quality.
Repair and troubleshooting, not sales. The work is diagnosing what actually failed, fixing it properly, and testing it under load before the visit ends — so the operatory is running when the next patient sits down.

No sales quota behind the diagnosis
Dealers sell equipment and service it. That works until the recommendation is “replace it,” and you have no way of knowing whether that was the technician’s judgement or the quarter’s target.
There is no equipment to sell here. When a turbine is worn, the answer is a turbine. When a chair needs a relay rather than a pump, it gets a relay. And when the honest answer is that a twenty-year-old unit is past economic repair, you get that too.
